Snorkeling with sea turtles in the ocean truly is a magical experience. Use this rare occasion to explore the clear waters together with these historical sea creatures. Sao Vicente is the only island in Cape Verde where you can swim and snorkel with turtles in their natural habitat.
With a local fishermen's boat you’ll leave Sao Pedro beach behind. After a short boat ride you’ll see the turtles approaching. Take a minute to admire them, put on some flippers, goggles and jump in. This is your chance to come eye to eye with the turtles and snorkel around them!

Pick-up at your preference point in Mindelo, transfer to Sao Pedro beach, short boatride, snorkeling for 45 minutes - 1 hour, option to get a drink in a local beach bar or change clothes, transfer back to Mindelo

Turtles in Cape Verde
