Cabo Mundo LDA and its suppliers are insured and reputable Cape Verdean companies. We operate our own activities and use specific services of our suppliers.
During an activity you will be held responsible for your own actions. In case of an incident we are not held responsible for medical costs, damage or loss of personal belongings. A good travel insurance covers any of the above costs and is definitely recommended.
If you experience something that isn’t going as advertised please inform us directly by whatsapp or phone call. We can help you on the spot, but not always afterwards.
Please inform us about medical conditions and allergies. Withholding this information can cause risks for you and other travellers. Always check with us if the activity is suitable for you.
Children under the age of 16 years fall under the responsibility of their parents or caretakers. Swimming with turtles can be intimidating and isn’t recommended to small children under 6 years old.
The advertised website prices are the correct ones. We reserve the right to change prices for seasonal reasons. Prices can’t change anymore after
booking, unless the number of travellers of your reservation changes. Prices include all the advertised extras for the specific activity.
Payments can be done on our secured bookings platform by bank transfer (EUR) or on the day of the activity in cash only. Accepted currencies for cash payments are EUR and CVE. Please note that €1 = 110CVE. Online payments are preferred.
Changes and cancellations
Always inform us in advance about a change in the amount of people or the preferred date of the activity.
Cancellations are 100% refundable until 24 hours before the start of the activity. A cancellation within 24 hours can be changed to another day or partly refunded depending on the type of activity.
Cancellations within 24 hours due to illness can be rescheduled or refunded.
If we believe your reservation is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel an activity until 24 hours before booking or end an activity due to a force majeure. Illness and weather/ocean complications can occur. In this case we will reschedule or refund the activity.
We reserve the right to end any activity when no respect is shown to rental vehicles, our guidelines, nature, local people, our team and suppliers. A warning will be given first to change the behaviour. In such cases no refund is given.
We value your privacy and personal information. The provided information remains within the company and our suppliers. When booking an activity you allow us to process your personal information.
We communicate to the given email address upon booking. We presume that this information is correct. Providing wrong information can cause miscommunication about changes.
