Start by a green water lake called Ribeira Principal and discover an authentic mountain valley in the East part. Head to the fishing village of Pedra Badejo where you will visit the largest banana plantation of Cape Verde. From there you'll head to a black sand lava beach for a nice walk enjoying the landscape and the view. The next stop will take you to the west coast, travelling through the pure inlands. You will reach Figueira das Naus village, driving over the ridge with beautiful views to Ribeira Prata rocks, the "Silver beach". The final stop with a fresh coconut water drink. .

Good to know: Enjoy a fresh coconut drink at Banana street and lunch right in the middle of the banana plantation. Swimming on the black sand beach is not recommended due to strong currents and high waves. A safe option is by Ribeira Prata beach.
