MEET THE TEAM
Lina grew up in Belgium where she studied tourism and hospitality management. The internship in a travel agency, hotel visits and study trips awakened her passion for tourism. She has always been interested in different cultures & foreign languages.
She gained her experience in tourism as a holiday advisor in Costa del Sol, Ibiza, Sal and Boa Vista. After 3 sunny years abroad she tried returning to Belgium, but her future wasn't there.
Cape Verde had won a special place in her heart and she kept looking for new opportunities in order to stay. After working in a beach club on Boa Vista she decided to open her own tour company. She moved to Mindelo on São Vicente from where she is running Cabo Mundo tours.

Nelson is originally from the greenest Cape Verdean island, Santo Antão. He grew up in nature and still feels at his best exploring rough lands and hiking tracks.
He moved to São Vicente to study at the university, decided to stay and rolled in the tourism industry to develop his skills. He is used to guiding big groups and joining travellers on hiking trips to Santo Antão. Nelson has his feet on the ground and loves to share his knowledge with travellers.

Wilian Andrade - Local guide on São Vicente
Wilian also has roots from the relaxed, remote island Santo Antao which shows through his character. His warm and friendly attitude makes travellers feel instantly at ease.
Tourism and languages always intrigued him. This interest made him move to Sao Vicente where he turned his passion into experience. Willian loves learning from others, sharing beautiful moments and feels at home when guiding private tours.

Anderson was also born and raised in Santo Antao, in the tropical Paul valley. He gained his experience in tourism and languages at the reception in one of the big resorts on the beach island Boa Vista.
After a few years he returned back to his little paradise and isn’t planning on leaving anymore! He is very proud to represent his island and loves to show travellers around. Anderson has a calm, cheerful character and is always ready for the next island or hiking tour!
