Cabo Mundo and all the suppliers we work with for our advertised activities, are efficient, insured and reputable companies. They are following the local standards and requirements. During an activity you will be held responsible for your own actions. In case of an accident during a tour we are not held responsible for medical costs, damage or loss of personal belongings. When joining a tour, you agree with our terms & conditions.
Before you make a booking
We offer many activities so we are not always in the possibility to put all changes directly on our website. If you experience that things don't go the way we describe them, please let us know as soon as possible.
What is important when making a booking
- Provide us with the right information for the whole group and keep us updated in case of any changes.
- Make sure you have the right and valid insurance for the whole group. Think of activities outside the basic insurances.
- Please let us know any health issues for your group that can limit you, your group or others during an activity. Withholding this information can cause risks for you and others.
- Make sure you follow the rules of the supplier. This can be about age, weight/height, physical condition, health or other.
- Make sure you read all the information and the details in the description about the activities and the accompanying requirements.
All published prices are correct for the requested date. We reserve the right to change prices from certain dates. The price includes everything that is explained in the description.
If we have a reason to believe your booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will send you an email to the provided email address.
Changes or cancellations
If you want to change or cancel your booking, for example the number of people or the requested date for the activity, please contact us as soon as possible.
When you are changing something to the provided information, we will make, if necessary, a new price according to the new information.
If you want to cancel a part or complete booking, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. It might be possible that the supplier charges a cancellation fee. If you cancel your activity within 24 hours, we can't make any refunds. Did you inform us about a cancellation, we will confirm this by email. If you don't receive an email, please contact us as soon as possible.
When you are cancelling an activity due to sickness or any other unexpected circumstances, we ask you to let us know at least 1 hour before the start of the activity. We will try to change the activity for another date. In case this is not possible and you wish to have a refund, we will consult with the supplier.
We reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel an activity. If we do so, you will receive a refund or a replacing activity. If the price is lower, we will give you a refund of the difference.
It might happen that we are forced to change or end your activity due to rare events. These events are beyond our and the suppliers control. In case a rare circumstance occurs where we end or change the activity, we will make a full refund
Parents or caretakers will be held responsible for children under the age of 16 years old.
The supplier or guide reserves the right to end the activity and bring you back to your accommodation when you don't show any respect to the nature, citizens, taxi driver and or guide. You will not be refunded in this case.
If you book or contact us through our website, we will communicate with the given email address. This is the same for any confirmation emails. We presume that the given email address is the correct one and that you understand the risks of providing us with the wrong information.
